Refund Policy:

All sales are final.

1. Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

2. If your event is cancelled, in most cases you won’t need to do anything. We will inform you about the cancellation and face value of the ticket will be refunded to your account, NOT the service fee. Refunds will be processed by the same payment method used for purchase.
